This video is showing the traditional style alcohol production used in Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh. This video was recorded for the demonstration purpose of the traditional Kinnauri style alcohol fermentation and distillation process at a licensed home brewery unit in Kalpa, Kinnaur Himachal Pradesh, India. Every household in Kinnaur has a provision of the licensed home brewery and distillation unit from the Excise Department of Himachal Pradesh Government, and at a time they can store at least 25 bottles of homemade alcohol for personal use.
